Kenneth Oh
Co-Founder
Kenneth is a full-time lawyer and Senior Partner with Rodyk & Davidson's Corporate Practice, and China/Indonesia Practices. In legal practice for over 20 years, he specialises in corporate finance - advising on venture capital, private equity, IPOs & post-IPO funding - and mergers & acquisitions.
Legal directory Asia Pacific Legal 500 has listed Kenneth as being "...admired for his quickness of mind and his ability to come up with creative solution. He is also recognised in IFRL 1000 as a Notable Practitioner for Financial and Corporate Law, 2018.

Yin Teen
Co-Founder
Yin Teen is a highly experienced business adviser who has around 20 years of experience in risk advisory, consulting and assurance services. She started her career in Arthur Andersen where she supervised teams to perform multi-national financial assurance engagements. Subsequently, she founded and headed the risk advisory practice in Crowe, Singapore, a top 10 international accounting firm.
Her key responsibilities in the risk advisory practice was to lead teams in internal control review and risk management projects and her clients included various listed companies on Singapore Exchange, institutions licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and non-profit organisations.
As the head of the risk advisory practice, she was responsible for the growth of the department and led the risk advisory team in the adoption of best practices in risk management and data analytics.
Yin Teen was also a key member of the pioneer team that spearheaded the firm’s growth from a set up with 2 employees to an international firm with approximately 150 headcount in Singapore. As an active partner of the firm, she played an integral part in the human resource and administrative task-force where she led several firm-wide initiatives to enhance employee engagement and firm wide productivity.
She is a Certified Financial Services Auditor, Certified Internal Auditor, Chartered Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. In her pastime, Yin Teen paints avidly, and her artistic style is bold but captures the essence of the subject matter, which also reflects the way she handles her professional work.
Mabel Chin
Co-Founder
Mabel is an accomplished and passionate accountant with around 20 years of experience in both audit and commercial sectors. She started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she managed financial assurance engagements across various industries. She also handled liquidation and business restructuring assignments.
Prior to CoralStone, she established and headed the Finance and Trade Finance Departments of a trading business, whose sales numbers reached over USD 7 billion. She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore & Australia.
Mabel has a big heart and sincerely believes in contributing back to society. Whenever she has the opportunity, she will contribute her time to social causes.
